What I keep at home

The gear I actually use. Nothing I was paid to like — and I'll tell you when a link earns me a few cents.

Kitchen

Chemex pour-over
The morning ritual. Replaces the espresso machine I never cleaned.
A good cast-iron pan
Four eggs, four ounces of turkey, every morning.

Gym

A rack + a barbell
Bench, squat, deadlift. You don't need more than this.
Electrolytes
Daily, especially the morning-fasted-training days.

Recovery

Eight Sleep
The single biggest change I made at 39. Sleep is the whole game.
